Shipping & Returns

Shipping

FaithMinders custom creates all products specifically to your specifications.

Once we receive an order, we will create the product(s) you ordered and ship them as soon as possible. This process, depending on which product you select can take up to 4-5 weeks. However, in general, all orders are created and shipped within 3-4 weeks of receiving your order.

We prefer to ship via UPS, however, we do offer FedEx shipping, to all customers during checkout. As of January 1, 2008, a handling fee will be assessed, in additional to the shipping fee, to cover the cost of both insurance and delivery confirmation on all packages. This fee can not be waived. All packages are shipped with insurance. We generally ship daily via UPS & FedEx Air Monday through Friday. FedEx ground packages (including FedEx home delivery) are shipped on Fridays only.  On occassion, we will send out packages on Saturdays.

Please note: We do NOT guarantee shipping times for individual shipping methods. Once we deliver your package to your preferred shipping carrier, we can not assume responsibility for any shipping delays that may occur. If you must have your package by a certain date, please choose a shipping method that is guaranteed by the shipping carrier (such as Next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day air shipping via UPS or FedEx).

Important: We ship to the shipping address provided at the time of order. It is important to double check this information, as FaithMinders can not be held responsible if product is shipped to an incorrect address due to entry error on the your (the customer’s) part. If the entry error is the fault of FaithMinders, we will replace your order at no additional charge to you.

We accept international orders. However, all first time international customers must ship to the billing address listed on their credit card (or, in the case of Paypal payments, to a confirmed address). Customer is responsible for all customs charges. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these policies and we will be happy explain them further.

Defective Merchandise Policy

You are required to inspect merchandise on arrival and notify us within five days of any damage in shipment. Otherwise, we need to assume any damage occurred after receipt. All of our products come with a lifetime workmanship guarantee.  Should you, at any time, discover a defect in workmanship, contact us by mail, fax, e-mail, or telephone to arrange the return of the product for repair or replacement at our discretion. You will need your original sales receipt and proof of payment.

Return policy

All products at FaithMinders are custom created when you order, therefore, we do not accept returns of merchandise (except in the case of defective merchandise as defined above), nor do we issue refunds. Large custom orders require at minimum 50% non refundable deposit prior to work beginning, with the remaining 50% due prior to shipping. In the event of order cancellation, the deposit is not refundable. For smaller order, any order cancelled after it enters our work queue will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
